A note about motion sickness
Sea Sickness is nothing to be embarrassed about but it can spoil your trip and the trip for the other people aboard. 
Please take a motion sickness pill if you are not sure just to be safe.  Consult your doctor of course if you have any questions about taking this type of medication.
